At Men’s Kilt UK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every kilt and product we deliver is crafted to the highest standards. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for both custom-made and non-custom products.

1. Custom-Made Kilts & Tailored Orders

  • All custom-sized and made-to-measure kilts are created based on the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

  • Since these products are unique and personalized, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the following cases:

    • The item was received in the wrong size, due to an error on our part.

    • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong fabric, colour, or design).

✅ If any of the above issues occur, we will gladly replace or remake your order at no extra cost. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting details (photos/videos) for verification.

2. Non-Custom Products (Ready-Made Items)

  • All non-custom or standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging with all tags attached

    • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

✅ Once returned and inspected, a full refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the product is faulty or incorrect.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or sent in error.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Important Notes

 

  • Custom-made kilts cannot be returned if incorrect measurements were provided by the customer. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing an order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to avoid lost parcels.

  • Men’s Kilt UK reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange if returned items are not in resalable condition.
